  6. Heat up the pan cloves,fennel seeds, cinnaman powder saute on low flame for 2 mintues
  7. Make into powder

  12. Cook on high heat & bring to boil
  13. When it starts boil turn the heat to simmer, cover it and cook until the rice is perfectly done
  14. Turn off the heat
