  4. Add tomato sauce, rice, oregano, thrimbi and seasoning with salt and pepper. Add lemon juice into it and simmer until it’s thicker(cook about 8-10mins).
  5. Add parsley, mint into it and turn off.
  6. Stuff the capsicums and place the top. Drizzle with olive oil and a bit salt and pepper. Put potatoes in and Bake it with foil on top about 45 mins. Remove foil and bake another 15 mins
