  3. Heat about 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. When it is hot, put patties inside. Cook using low heat. Flip the patties carefully. They will be golden brown when done, but still a bit soft.

Add tuna water, if and as needed, to moisten mixture. In skillet heat oil over medium heat. It was a little bland for me. It seemed like it was missing something. I did add some green onions and more garlic.
