- After a month, it’s time to open the lid. Take plums out. Heat syrup in a pan and bring to boiling.
- Once boiled, add the syrup into a sanitized jar and store in fridge. (Nice golden color!)
- Enjoy with cold water or sparkling water (syrup : water = 1 : 5). Over shaved ice is also a good idea. (You don’t have to dilute!)
