  3. beat eggs in bowl
  4. add beatened eggs to pan
  5. Let the egg cook a minute and then add the vegetables, salt, pepper, and cheese to half of the egg. Fold the other half of the egg over the cheese and vegetables.
  6. keep flipping sides every 30 seconds to a minute until the egg seems to be fully cooked.

With spatula, fold other half of omelet over vegetables. Gently slide out of pan onto plate. Keep the first omelet warm by placing on a warm plate.
