Add the tamarind powder and salt to taste. Remove from heat, add the bokchoy leaves. Bring water to boil, then add the onions, tomatoes, and lemon juice. Add the gabi and long green chilies.

  2. Add vegetable ingredients of soup base and bring water to a boil.
  3. Add about 3-4 ladle full of Patis. Or to taste before adding fish.
  4. Add fish and boil for another 3 minutes or until fish is cooked (meat turns white).
  5. Add calamansi juice or tamarind soup mix.
  6. Add more Patis to taste.
  7. Add Kamote and radish.
