  1. Get 1 cup rice
  2. Get 1/2 cup Paneer

Steps to make Pulav:
  1. Firstly roasted cashews. And keep a side. Another side wash rice 2 time.
  2. Heat 3 teaspoon ghee or oil in cooker add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, black pepper pieces, bay leaf,stone star cook few seconds till the spice become aromat
  3. Add rice,green pieces paneer,raisin and cashewnuts
  4. Afterthat add black pepper powder and mix proper.then add 1.1/2cup water and salt
  5. Stir gently
  6. Cover and pressure cook the pulav for 2 to 3 whistles on a high flame.Pressure cooking for 2 whistles will give you an al dente texture. For a softer texture pressure cook pulav for 3 whistles.
  7. When the pressure settle down it's own remove the lid and gently fluff the rice.
  8. Serve with raita, rajma,chhole etc

The mutton pulao is almost same like the pulao recipes where aromatic spices are used to make rice but, meat is added to the rice to lift up the flavors of the pulav and make it as a very special dish.
